6 . Manual Test & Operation Instructions
1). Connect the wire according to the wiring diagram.
2). L, N power on, Switch on S1. then the load lamp turns on, The emergency driver indicator light turns green, emergency power supply normally charging. Turn off Switch S1, and the load lamp turns off.
3). Emergency Simulation: Switch on, the load lamp turns on, press the switch(TEST SWITCH), then switch to emergency mode, and the indicator light of the emergency driver will be extinguished. Release the switch(TEST SWITCH), then the lamp is powered by the LED driver, the indicator light will turn on.
4). Power failure and call again, the phenomenon should be the same as a simulated emergency.
5). Automatic monthly test: When the emergency power supply is connected to the mains for one month if no human emergency or emergency is caused by the mains cut off, the emergency power supply will automatically carry out an emergency for 5 minutes every month (green light blinking at short intervals). After the end of the month test, the normal charging will be carried out (the indicator light will be long). In the event of a human emergency or an emergency due to a mains cut-off, the timer will start from zero until it enters the monthly test cycle.
6). Automatic annual test (1 year/time): When the emergency power supply is connected to the mains for 12 months and there is no human emergency or emergency due to the mains cut off, the emergency power supply will automatically carry out emergency deep discharge once every 12 months (green light blinking slowly). After the annual test, the normal charge will be carried out (the indicator light will be long on). In the event of a human emergency or an emergency due to a mains cut-off, the timer will start from zero until it enters the annual test cycle.
7. Battery Application Notice
1). The battery should be recharged and discharged semiannually in normal use conditions.
2). Do not connect to the circuit when the battery is not in use to prevent over-discharge of the battery due to self-consumption of the circuit board.
3). Please keep the battery from the heat source when installing and using it, and only be allowed to use it in a certain working temperature range.
4). The battery should be stored in a cool and dry environment.
5). After a long time of storage, the battery is cycled every 6 months as required.
